Klara är certifierad UGL-handledare och är specialiserad inom individuell handledning, ledarskapsutveckling, team- och organisationsutveckling. Hon har en bakgrund inom den digital design- och tjänsteutveckling och har arbetat med utveckling av ledare och grupper samt förändringsarbete både som chef och konsult i drygt tio år. Klara är utbildad inom förändringsledning, grupputveckling och personlig utveckling från bl.a. Hyper Island och Case Western University.
